The detailed Notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates of C-21 Scheme III, V, and VI (Industrial Training) Semesters to appear for the Board Diploma Semester End Examinations commencing from 11-11-2024 to 18- 11-2024 including C-21 V Semester students who are undergoing Apprenticeship in ALPLA Industry Private Limited
Initially students having above 65% attendance will be allowed to make payment for examination fees without condonation. Hall tickets will be generated only for those candidates who put up above 75% percentage of attendance and submit online students’ feedback on each Subject teacher at SBTET portal before the Hall ticket download.
After downloading the Hall Ticket from sbtet.telangana.gov.in the candidate has to obtain the signature of the Head of Department concerned before appearing for the examination.

The regular candidates intending to appear for the examinations can approach the Polytechnics where they are studying (or) visit sbtet.telangana.gov.in for online fee payment.
The Principals are requested to give the necessary instructions to the Heads of Department to sign on the hall ticket after thorough verification of eligibility. (Note: Before remitting the fee, the candidates shall ensure the eligibility status, since fees once paid is not refundable or adjusted under any circumstances.) The Principals of the concerned Polytechnics / Institutions where regular exams are being conducted should ensure that the syllabus is completed on or before 06-11-2024.
The candidates who possess 75% of attendance only will be permitted to appear for the Regular Examination. However, the Principals are empowered to condone the shortage of attendance up to 10% based on Medical Grounds only, on submission of supporting material (as per File No. SBTET-EE-2/DE2/16/2019-EE-2). For such candidates, the Heads of Departments of the Branches concerned have to recommend for condonation in College Login of sbtet.telangana.gov.in and forward to the Principal. The Principal has to approve online all such condonation cases on or before 06-11-2024 (last working day) so as to enable those candidates to make online payment of the examination fee along with condonation fee. Principals are requested NOT to take any DDs towards payment of condonation fee.
Attendance criteria for C-21 III and V Semesters for fee payment and Hall Ticket generation is as shown below:
TAD= Total Attended Days by the student.
- The percentage of attendance will be calculated by total number of days attended by the student.
- The candidates having 65% and above attendance will be allowed to make payment of examination fees without condonation.
- The candidates having 75% and above attendance will be allowed to download the Hall Tickets immediately after payment of examination fees.
- The candidates whose attendance is above 65% and less than 75% will be allowed to download the Hall Ticket after he/she attains 75% of attendance. If his/her attendance is less than 75% on the last working day, he/she will be allowed to download the Hall ticket after paying the condonation fees.
- If any candidate secures less than 65% attendance on the last working day he/she will be Detained and will not be allowed to make payment of examination fees.
- The Hall Tickets can be downloaded after the last working day of the semester.

- Issue of hall tickets to any candidate is subject to submission of feedback form and possessing 75% of attendance as on the last working day.
- Acceptance of examination fees does not provide any right to the candidate to demand for issue of hall ticket.
- Detailed Time Table of examinations will be communicated separately.
- Examination fees must be paid through online at SBTET official website sbtet.telangana.gov.in only.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
- A student who is not eligible to appear for examination either due to shortage of attendance or other reason shall forfeit the examination fee paid.
- Candidates should not be allowed in the examination hall after the commencement of the exam.
- Candidates should be in the examination hall for the entire duration of the examination.
